"name one thing that's really changed the opinion of Americans" Over 4000 troops have died in Iraq, for a war that was unnecessary. Against a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and that had no WMDs. Lets not even get to the fact that he sat on his thumbs while New Orleans drowned. Or the economic meltdown that has happened on his watch due to his policies.
And he still hasnt caught bin Laden.

And yes, it would have been very cool to have a president who was in Wedding Crashers. Great movie!
