we can Clearly see that it is an 8 count... The music is nice.. I can dance to anything that has the down beat.. I just started stepping and I love it.. Keep it up!!

I've nothing bad to say about the way you do this and I just want to say its not the music that you dance to but the beat so the lyrics of the song are irrelavent, one of the first things taught in a stepping class is to catch the beat. a slow beat like his gives the student time to focus on the step pattern and still keep the beat without much stress. WHATS THROWING ME IS THAT IT LOOKS LIKE AN 8 COUNT WHILE DETROIT IS KNOWN FOR A 6 COUNT SO WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE? 6 OR 8?

I like this. He knows more; However, he is not intimidating her by out dancing her. It demonstrates basic leading and crossing lanes. As far as the music, (my opinion) music is music! I can easily apply the 8 count to this.

i liked this video personal because it shows that in steppin you must learn to be light on the knees and also the very basics of the step then do more tricks. Also a true dancer will never limit themselves to one form of music.
