@Evan34100 u are helarious, umm what has rulon done since than???? after Karelins first ever loss in international apperance the man went on an incredible run and finished the sport with degnity........and not shooting after book signings and free buffet visits hahaha just had to toss that in for rulon guy was a damn pudge ball

That hurts like a mother f'er... those mats are not forgiving either. Its been 20 years for me since I wrestled. You never forget the fear of getting picked up and knowing whats coming next. All you can do is swim and flop if its done right. That and boxing gave me all the brain damage I needed.

Rules were changed....mentally perhaps, but he did not beat or dominate him

The loss from Gardner was THE FIRST loss of Karelin in 13 years of competitions. After this loss Karelin abandoned sport. Being 33 years old.
