Holy crap, that is way too much money to spend for a mobile home. We just bought a 2500 square foot mh, we are putting in all new laminate wood floors, painting everything, adding some new fixtures, fixing some leaks, and having to repair some windows and floor boards, it still wont cost anywhere near this amount. This guy should have bought a super nice used mobile home that needed minimum repairs.

LMAO OK. Lets see some pics. Kinda ironic that you talk about it with no pics. A really nice brand new mobile home sells for around 80,000. Kitchen cabinets will not make it go up over 160,000 in price. I dont care what kinda cabinets, flooring or bathroom you put into it. I have seen older mobile homes in private parks go for over several hundred thousand dollars to movie stars for privacy. They gut them and redo them with add ons for 500,000. Nice try though.
