  • hi, where did buy those adapter for hoses? auto parts store doesnt carry them

  • You should be able to find a bench bleeding kit at your local parts store if not try ordering on online.

  • I didn't know to bench bleed when I installed mine. I went from wheel to wheel like discribed. I still have spongey brakes and the warning light comes on from time to time. I've probably bled the whole system 4 or 5 times the same way. What's the most likely malfunction? Me, or the truck?

  • I would recommend bleeding your brake system again, start with the passenger rear then drivers rear then passenger front and then do the driver’s side front and see if that works for you (it should). If not you may need to take it to a shop.

  • What you failed to tell everyone is that they won't be able to bleed the ABS system with out a scan tool to activate the ABS pump...I guess they could possibly make it to the mechanic with the tool with little or NO brakes...Anyway my trucks in the drive with the pedal going to the floor...Thanks Buddy

  • You should not have to bleed the ABS system. After replacing the master cylinder (if you did not bench bleed the master cylinder) you should bleed each wheel starting at the right rear wheel, left rear wheel , right front wheel, and finish up with the driver front wheel. If this has not been done yet, then start here.
