So, im not a very flexible guy, im 6'5 and 17 years old and im trying to build some leg muscle so i can dunk. Im 265 but i still have a build. I keep trying to do these squats but i can't push off my heel or rather i can't counter balance myself. Should i get more weights to counter balance with or get a little more flexible???

zcarenow is correct, straight kneeds add more pressure.

you're not suppose to make your knees at 90 degrees. it is bad for your knees. knees should be slightly bent when going down. bad technique.

Those are not 5's man. look more like 20's "g"("15" at least)

zcarenow is wrong. The lower you can safely go, the better. Lots of people don't go low enough when they squat. Looks like zcarenow is one of them. This guy is getting so low (with good form) because he's holding the weight out in front to counterbalance the weight of his torso.
Perfect form. Look how far back his knees are.

youll have alot harder time holding those dumbbels at 90 degrees when you arent using 5s.
