  • Google Flax, the benefits are too much too write in such small space here. It comes from flax seeds. The B vitamins and the vegetable source diegestive enzymes are also very important. I promise you will be amazed. If you do these 3 things. As for the Sun, Depression wiithout it. It's not the suns fault for global warming,+ I suffered skin, blood sugar, +++ I am free of these today. It works fast, all these things and more are required for health, I just targeted your symptoms. Take Care ;)

  • Hi

You need to be ok in the sun. From what you told me. You need Flax oil (in your state probably 2 tbls. a day. Also a B-100 vitamin (take with bread or you'll not digest and feel like you need to through up, the body doesn't appreciate trying to burn a wet log, give it food) also vegetable source enzymes taken with every meal, and once a day on an empty stomach. Watch what happens! Get back to me.

  • Word. Telemoric acids are also a good indicator of a persons genetic 'age". Usually there is a correlation between Longer telemores and a youthful appearence. I got a hormone panel ordered, and my endroconologist says I have the highest vitamin D levels he's ever seen:))) Lol I was like... Damn.

  • Thanks for the informative video. Do a video about Zinc, also vitamin E

  • Hi! : )

Do you live where the Sun-Shines? Do you get out in it, enough? If so, your OK. If your not and get depressed, it is something to check into... I have to expect that if God put it in the Sun to give to us, it is most likely something we need in a generous portion. I have Full Spectrum Lighting in my Home and We Love It (Washington Clouds:( ) However you are a very careful person who I know would find the Best Source of Vit.D or any product offered to you to injest. Respecting Balance..

  • Technically, Vitamin D is classified as a "seco-steroid."

A couple thousand milligrams of vitamin D is the

equivalent to 12 minutes out in the sun per day.

  • Its a steroid hormone. Do I really want to take thousand of milligrams of a steroid hormone? Should I worry about masculinization, acne or other steroid effects?

  • Researchers recently found that those with higher levels

of vitamin D had longer telomeres. Telomeres play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of the chromosome, protecting it from degradation and from end-to-end fusion with other chromosomes.
