even with my iphone it's a pain! you have to know your portion sizes and i don't always, but it's the only thing that seems to work. it is teaching to me to notice when i don't need any more "fuel" for the day though...as opposed to eating just because it is dinner time and my husband is eating...can't wait to get to goal so i can stop stressing so much about it. good luck this week!
