hiverhythm - I just don't understand why people view clips from films on You Tube and then start bleating "I don't know what this is!" It's like me glancing at a random page in a book, reading three words, and complaining that I can't follow the story.
You have a computer. You have internet access. Type into google "medium cool haskell wexler" and everything you need to know will be right there.

A must see movie. One of the great American masterpieces captures America live at one of it's lowest moments, the 1968 Democratic national convention in Chicago. It was the beginning of the revolution most feared but never really materialized.

This clip is interesting because Wexler wasn't recording sync sound, so the "it's real" was actually dubbed in post.

@sittle Yea, I heard this too. It kind of ruins the clip to some extent. I definitely remember seeing someone say this on film but can't remember in what. Was it in 'Tell Them Who You Are'?
