That's an orange skunk clownfish... Amphiprion sandaracinos. Very cool fish.

its a pink skunk clown by the looks of it paal92castro, not all clownfish look like 'nemo'

Parents do pick out the dead ones but will also eat the live ones meaning they eat them all. Some fish eat them but some fish wait until their born and eat the fry. This is what happens in the wild
