@sctrojnvirus really a gymnast for 10 years aye....lol I was a gymnast at state level. only for 6 years but the first thing we learnt when you flip was grab your knees....watch any gymnast video clip they will grab there knees for front/back flips!..aerials? congrats! but thats not wat ur doing......i flip my rizors all the time ur scared to try it the new way...take another opinion in and u might make it easier. i would not comment if i didnt think it would help.... nice vid by the way

just a handy hint....when u go for your front sault grab ur knees not ur bum :P helps with rotation while in the air....u might find it hard now because uve taught urself pretty much the wrong way to do it...lol start in the sand pit and grab ur knees u will spin alot faster!

I'm not trying to do a 1 and a half and land on my head, I'm trying to do a single flip. I was a gymnast for 10 years and know perfectly well how to do aerials. Thank you for your advice - but is misplaced here.
