  • Another useless uncle tom on the plantation payroll..And the racist GOP STILL won't support her...WHY..?? Because the GOP does not want any Black people in congress...

  • I agree with coldiron. Angella McGlowan is amazing. She is trying to empower minorities, women, and all Americans rather than playing the victim and telling them to turn to the gov. for her problems.

    She is also really hot!

  • i'd eat angela

  • i wanna eat her.

  • Why don't you name one Labor Law that increased labor costs. It's not like there were health benefits in those days. Labor codes prevented business from jeapordizing the health of workers to cut corners, causing a crippling rise in health care costs and deaths from work related illnesses.

  • the high labor costs and the increased union powers meant that businesses couldn't lower their costs when biz declined. therefore they had to close. the point is, you blamed tax cuts..it was labor laws, it was FDRs policies that caused it

  • What cliches? Those are facts. You don't even realize that you came back and said the exact same thing.

Those Labor Union laws that you talk about were implemented early the 2nd year of FDR's term. If those laws force a rise in labor costs, that would have happened sooner than 1938. Instead, it was followed by an employment boom and a stock market hike. 1938 is when the Conservative Coalition took down those Labor Laws which, in part, led to the reversal in ecconomic progress.
