  • @gf4life I can answer that, being all upset and getting to the point of freaking out is very bad,

    your blood pressure can go up, and it's possible it can affect the treatments. I am commenting

    because I"m a former dialysis patient. I can tell you one thing, being calm is best, getting upsest

    won't help the fact that you need treatments, we all learn to deal with the fact that we need to be

    there 3 times a week for hours at time, basically, we get used to it, and we learn to accept it.

  • how is everyone who is on dialysis so chilld out? it keeps me alive it keeps me happy?! how the hell r u happy while ur on that every other day? :( im facing this in my long term future and hes only 28!! so good to see someone who lives their life as normal as they can whilst going thru that :)

    Hi, I know where you are coming from, I have only one kidney left and that comes out on 2nd sept. I also have had no support. I am 34 and was also in a hostel in febuary till april. I have got very close to giving up, Im in so much pain but no one seems to listen, I was in hospital for 2 weeks at the beg. of august, came out just the same as when I went in exept that they said my other kidney has to come out because Im in so much pain and passing so much blood. Then of you go

  • iam on dialysis and i feel neglected by renal social workers who can see iam strugglin and hav left me 2 rott in a homeless hostal with no help no job no sick benefits just because iam young iz ther anyone out ther that feels my struggle plz comment

  • iz ther any young kidney patients out ther that r neglected by .N.H.S renal social workers and left 2 struggle and told 2 get a job wen they can see u cant work cause i hav bin left in a homeless hostal 2 struggle plz anyone out ther that feels wot iam feelin iam 24 and i feel so neglected i feel like givein up treatment =(

  • so hard to handle. I'm having a hard time with it cause my boyfriend is on it. I feel so hopeless =( Not sure how to handle it. May God bless you all
