Skeptics are not the ones jumping to conclusions or calling every unidentified light in the sky alien spaceships. Just a little 'research' and you can see these lights are T-35 Chilean training aircraft flying in formation see this video.

Chinese lanterns? Every time I hear that explanation I choke. You'd think the skies were filled with Chinese lanterns.

Headlights? Really? C'mon skeptics, you've gotta do better than that. If you honestly think those are not ET of some sort, perhaps you should sit back and take time to ponder whether your mind may be programmed at this point. Might it be possible a civilization from one of the 200 Billion+ stars in our galaxy has reached our planet through a form of ultra advanced space travel?

There is a road on the mountainside that cannot be distinguished on the videoa because it's dark and the lights are merely headlights of cars that drive down the road and reflections of them.
