Oh, that. Well you just have to aim at a source of electricity (like some lights or electricity control panels - at least that's what they look like), and then the glaive is charged. Then you just shoot it using C. Lol.

Pulse is an ability that u get sometime after the shield ability. To use it 1st u hav to charge the glave with an element(fire /electric maybe).
But i cant get what 2 do next...LOL

So you're thinking you should get it. Well, if by that, you mean BUYING it, then I'd say no, do not buy it. It is not worth paying for, plus it's much too short so you will feel sort of "betrayed" in the end. If you wanna download it, well go ahead :)
