They didn't increase health, as far as I know.

They decreased the amount of damage a combo does. For every character but Bang.

is it me or do the sprites look...somehow different? Like they have more intense shades of black in the shadows and stuff. Am I crazy?

really? because as I understand he got nerfed if only a little. the opponent is frozen for only the minimal time and 214C no longer knocks down on the second hit
