Seems like this tool is a bit flawed in the fact that we have 3 muscle group in the vaginal canal. This tool appears to only strengthen the lower muscle near the opening of the vagina and not the middle section or the top section closest to the cervix. I much prefer the use of jade eggs, yoni, eggs, etc. They are natural and give your pussy much dexterity. Plus, you can use them throughout the day and they stimulate the vagina in such a way that it eliminates the use of lubes. Ooh la la...

sorry for the delay in response. Actually not, I taught Kegal to many women, and the reason that I like the Gyn Flex is because of personal use and you use upper and lower muscles to contract the device.I don't recommend any thing I have not tried. Just like with wt. training it would be difficult to build increased muscle tone. but strengthened and very strong is two different things. I was after very strong. I am going to look into the Yoni sounds great

personally I had to use Larger benwa ball _ I like the gyn Flex be cause you can graduate firmness.
