In this video I am joining Autumn, Linda, and others (not pictured) on my treadmill mountain climber drill. This drill consist of one minute non-stop mountain climber sprints for 3 to 5 sets. The object is to kee the legs moving even if you are just walking sowly. This drill is great for the core, upper body especially arms and shoulders, quads, hamstrings, and hips and glutes. Even though it may look easy, try these and you will see exactly where your stamina is. Try doing these when you are a powerlifter like me at 260 pounds and 55 years old!
