Hey - Thanks! Yes, I was trailing a warp on the stern cleat. I only had it on the one side, and yes it was to slow the boat down. It was definitely not an MOB warp!
Great trip, I have enjoyed your videos. It appears as if you're trailing a warp from your port stern cleat. Is it also connected to the starboard stern cleat? I have read of trailing warps when running in following seas to help slow the down-wave surfing and prevent broaching. Was this your intent, or is that warp just a M.O.B. safety measure on your part?
