Why not consider DietOramy surplus fat loss diet? Have you discovered of this? I've detected it aimlessly on Google and that solution is simply remarkable... I am dropping my unwanted unwanted fat and becoming much healthier.

I wish to find out whether any individual been told of DietOramy eating plan (google for additional information)? I've been told about this from a friend who decreased many extra pounds, although he is like a fanatic, so is there anyone ordinary around :D to confirm the particular value of this eating plan?

I was really happy to finally see someone giving correct information about weight loss on the Raw food lifestyle. I have seen almost every other Raw Foodist on You Tube tell everyone that they can eat as much raw foods as they want and still lose weight. It has caused many people to just give up thinking they won't ever lose weight because they were told only that by other misinformed YouTube celebrities. Keep up the great work Natasha:)

@pookiroo Its not true that people gain weight from fruit. People gain weight from cooked food because it is more difficult to digest.

With you talent it is just a matter of time...

I have to be careful not to eat too much fruit. I don't feel well when I do. I stick to mostly veg.
I started a raw food diet (the only cooked food I have is oatmeal and maybe an egg. everything else is fruits and veggies. I feel so much better and have lost 50lbs and I am never hungry. It is amazing. I am NOT switching back

Such a great video. Have been raw for 2 years now and I am still not at my ideal weight, and I know this is a lot to do with believing that I could eat whatever I wanted. I love being raw, but I feel it is unfair to give people unrealistic expectations as it can be incredibly demoralising when all you are eating is healthy organic food and the kilos aren't moving...being raw does not exclude one from the laws of physics lol even its a healthy fat you will still put on weight if you eat a lot
