Elected himself in a recall election in Milwaukee, Scott Walker's words now seem particularly ironic, as his lapdog Dan Kapanke has had tens of thousands of signatures filed against him to officially be recalled. The grassroots outpouring is the fastest signature trigger to a recall election in Wisconsin history.
