The idea of the Rishi approach is work through the primary and 2nd series 10 asana at a time and staying in each posture for 50 breaths if that is appropriate. Here I'm up the the leg behind head postures.
25 breaths each in Eka pada sirsasan A & B and each side
25 breaths in Dwi pada sirsasana
50 breaths in yoga nidrasana
