A double homage to Marcel Duchamp and Jean Tinguely. The machine mimics the formal design of Marcel Duchamp's The Bride Stripped Bare by Her Bachelors, Even. In the place of the Bride is an image of Tinguely's own homage to Duchamp, and the mechanical elements of my machine loosely recall the Bachelors in Duchamp's original work. The machine was created while meditating on the works of these two masters.

  • Beautiful work. I am inspired to make things like this...

  • Do you have a certain style of meditation? I've been wanting to meditate for a while, but I gave up after my mom came into my room with a flashlight as I was having a breakthrough!! The shape of the universe is so odd...

Once again, thanks for the machines! Inspiring, also have you seen any David Lynch flicks? He does transcendental meditation and it shows in his movies.
