Painful Fail - Backflip off a Swing

First and foremost, I want to thank failblog for featuring my video! I was trying a no-handed backflip off a swing, but I flipped way too fast, and landed hard on my back. I had a bruised bone that affected me for a month or two, but I'm fine now.

lol my sis did somethin like that one time she was tryin to  do the spiderman on the swing ur suppose to go back and forth and while u hold on ur suppose to lift u le bad if sgs and put them around the thing u hold on too....( i dont know what its called) then have someone push u but my friend pushed her too hard and she fell it wouldnt of hurt that bad if she was prepared...lol it was funny
