Big Bear Ron

I've read that the stomach spends most of it time and energy digesting protein. With that in mind, I'll warn you that these roll-ups are very filling, so you might want to make only one and/or cut back on some of the ingredients.

The fats in these are the normal fats (not trans fats) found in natural foods and help deliver vitamins A, D, E, and K throughout your body.

Be careful about your beverage choice with this. I would bet that beverages are where most individuals get most of the "carbs" they consume.

  • Thats actually quite healthy and a great idea for a nice breakfast meal. I'm going to try it. I think my hubby will like it too! Thanks for the vid. :)

  • It's so easy to share with someone. Go for it!

  • Gotta try that this weekend!

  • I warn you. It's high in protein, so very filling for the stomach (which, by the way) spends most of it's energy digesting protein), so you might want to start with only one roll-up, or cut back on some of the ingredients.

  • Hi Bigbearron

That looks yummy. Can you tell me the name of the cheese again? Don't think we have them in the uk. Can I use different cheese? Thanks

  • I use only "REAL" cheese (never the processed sorts or the "cheese foods"). I've found "real" cheeses much more satisfying.

  • @evolution101xxx Yes if you are inactive

  • low in carbs, high in fat and calories!! its like taking one step forward and 2 steps back???

  • @OneFeistyScorpio it's healthy if u are comparing it to a egg mcmuffin combo X 2. fatty, high in cholesterol and preservatives. But it does look good.

  • howcome people always put the cracked egg shells back in the box? i throw mine away?

  • LOL "freshh from tha deli"

  • @naterv11 Common misconception, egg yolks are vilified so much in modern society due to their fat content, but in actual fact if you take out of the yolk you're removing a huge amount of the protein from the egg, (2/3rds of the protein usually), not to mention you remove all the good fat soluble vitamins (A, K etc) and vital amino acids such as Cysteine.

Obviously don't include the yolk from every egg but its not healthier to have pure egg whites. Hope this helped to educate in some way :)
