Harold Budd (piano) and Keith Lowe (bass) performed at the Good Shepherd Center Chapel in Seattle on June 11, 2009. Presented by the Wayward Music Series. The concert was part of the festivities marking the publication of Budd's first book of poems and drawings, Colorful Fortune. They played several pieces; this was the final one. No titles were announced.

Would love to hear budd playing piano on christmas night in a small intimate church, i am not religious, but that setting, that time of year and this music i think would define in sound the very essence of the human experience.

Harold Budd is one of those musicians you can tell who it is by hearing the music and you know it's him. I have his Serpent in Quicksilver album and it is really haunting and beautiful.
