All you have to do is throw the ball outside (to the sidelines) bullet pass, then click on and hold in down on the right stick, plus turbo.

Don't even have to tap/hold Y to catch it. That's it!

i use to do it on 09 but not alot. on 10 its harder to do i have a ps3 and i hear its even harder. i faced one or two people who did it but their d was trash. all the rocket catchin vids have been on 360 if u havent noticed lol
