ingredients:

1 Package Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shaped Tofu Noodles
1/2 Wedge The Laughing Cow Light Cheese
1 teaspoon Fat Free Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper (if desired)

Rinse fettuccine noodles VERY well. Microwave them for one minute, then drain them and pat dry. Add cheeses and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Microwave to help melt cheese further, and mix some more. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy. Serves 1.

  • i made this yesterday and it tasted great... there was one issue though... I really hated the texture of the noodles! they were rubbery but also had a weird crunch when chewing them.. did i not dry the noodles enough?? I drained, rinsed, microwaved for 1 minute, drained again, and set them out to dry on paper towels.

  • i just made this today and it was terrible! it tasted like nothing. sigh. i love fettuccine.

  • I love the Shirataki noodles. How great are they! You can eat pasta like stuff without the guilt whilst being on a low carb diet!

    So so simple to make wow. I've only made a spaghetti bol with the S noodles.
