@acjamil 1st of all i don't layer it, i just mix it all, i add rose syrup as well as rooh afza, i don't evaporate my milk as much for rabri, i add sabza seeds which are basils seeds that swell up when soaked in water, after mixing the falooda,rabri, syrups and seeds i let it chilll in the fridge. then before serving i top it with crushed pista.
sabza means tukhmira (very small kind of seeds) giva a dip in plain water atlest for 60 minutes then this become puffy and give gelly kind of texture
