  • Its weird that dystopian futures are always just a few years years away from the making of the movie instead of 50 years pr 100 years.

The worst example must be the intro of Demolition man. its dystopian 1996 and the movie was released in 1993, wtf

  • 1997? weird. I say that because the alternete title is "Warlords Of The 21st Century". Odd.

  • @ka4172 looks more like a Honda XR500.. hard to tell with all the hollywood gay stuff on it.. but the XR had much more suspension travel than the Suzuki DR500.. but thats really all i have to base my guess on. On thing is for certain, this is a Gay fuckin movie tho!

  • Imagine they would make this into a BluRay!!!!???

  • when i was like 6 i had a BATTLETRUCK shirt. i was fully assured that i was the coolest kid in school!

  • anyone knows the type of the Suzuki fourstroke dirtbike? DR 400/500?

  • Of the near future 1994. Also, what a weird episode of Malcolm In The Middle!

  • @Ericzeppe

1993 was a time when America had just "beaten" the Soviet Union, nobody had an idea how the United States would assume the burden of being the only Superpower. It didn't have to play nice anymore with the radicals or anyone else within its borders or its allies.......the Feds could have done WACO after WACO if they'd wanted to.

Since no one trusted them though that mostly didn't happen and whatever turn towards authoritarianism that could have happened,to make the US dominant, didn't.

  • is it street legal?

  • great Roger Corman classic

  • Watched on Okinawa,Japan about '83 on base.
