Also I saw someone recommend "regressive hypnosis". This is a bad idea because it's been shown often the result is implanted false memories that are sudgested by the hypnotist through leading questions like: Does the light hover over you? Did it look like those of earth?What beings did you encounter? How did they communicate to you? All questions like these lean toward a response in favor of an "alien" encounter.
