Thanks man.
I WASN'T using lag switch for any of these glitches.
And the song is called "Shut the Club Down" by "Girl Talk". They are a band who mixes bulk old school and sweet songs. The album is called "Feed the Animals".

The glitch involves air-walking but the ultimate outcome was a high mount, as you can see i was mounted above the ground, hence a high mount.
