i have a 512mb quadro its kills my 1.8GB gaming card on lightwave i can get over a billion polys on screen and no slow down thats when the gaming card runs horrible i want the 4GB but too much right now @_@.

Yeah. The difference between consumer 3d graphics accelerators and dedicated workstation cards is insane on applications such as these.
not great for games but epic performance for video editing and 3d rendering.
