  • I wish Master Jesse Tsao could visit and teach classes here in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil... He is absolutly perfect.

Thanks a lot for this excellent video.

I`ll wacht it at least a hundred times just trying to do the best, and feel like I did...

    He is a legend.

  • Maybe some day. I just came back from my Europe teaching tour - France, Spain, and Italy. You can see pictures from my website: Taichihealthways

  • i do wing chun kung fu and at my kwoon there is allso tai chi classes every saturday, iv been meaning to go but i keep forgetting, and sifu sao would you recomend cross training my kung fu with tai chi, cause iv been doing these chi gong meditations from this guy off youtube and there ammazing but i would love to lern them in better detail, so would you recomend this?

  • Yes! Tai chi provides the balance of energy flow, the calm, intention, concentration, control, coordination, inner power. It is a good cross training for other martial arts!

  • Yobsemag: the idea is to do the moves slowly that you are able to be connected to nature and that you can handle your body perfectly.

  • ...does anyone else get this really, really peaceful feeling watching him?

    This is great.

  • Thanks for sharing with us. I learned this form years ago but had forgotten some of it.

It is slightly different but basically the same.

  • @KrazyFuckinCrackers1 if I am correct, this form of sword technique is practiced slowly so that you can master each and every movement of the body gracefully and correctly until the movements are second nature. Once you are a master or you are in an actual duel, then of course the technique is sped up and the slow movements you see here become swift strikes. Ive seen a guy do this live in a demonstration. He started slow then sped up into fast movements.

  • I love the Tai Chi Sword Form!!

  • ive just started tai chi chuan, it is very interesting and i am interested to see how it will benefit my tae kwon do. some day ill have to find out how to learn this sword style

  • @KrazyFuckinCrackers1 speed it up and you will see

  • Beautiful!

  • someone please remind me what use this would have if you were in a sward fight? (for some damn reason)

  • great to watch :) gracefull
