I agree 100% with your video, even though I am a survivor of childhood rape and sexual abuse. I understand the small amount of such things a big brother state could prevent, but it would be burning down your house just to kill a mouse. The end result would be horrific, and children are sexually abused as a result of surrogates CPS puts them with all the time. We've been fooled into allowing the constitution to only apply to people over the age of 18. We've been hoodwinked.

TN DCS is one of the biggest rackets in the country. The former Juvenile court Probation Counselor ie: The person who files charges is now the CEO of Youth Villages. His name is Patrick Lawler. Youth Villages just rec'd a $60million+grant to "expand" but somehow this program never approves the children who are now living independently. Looking at TN DCS/Youth Villages forensically, it's proven that it is simply an amoral child-abusing money machine.

@notabook You sound like a loose cannon. For your information, in TN if a child is charged with anything that falls under "delinquent", TN DCS can and will remove the child from your custody. This means that a mentally challenged child who is tricked by older bullies to pull a fire alarm will be arrested and sent to Juvenile Court where a magistrate will usually put the child in DCS custody. TNstate gets $6500/month per child. You have your facts WRONG. Unlikely you'll reply. It's been 3yrs.

The custody trial continues... Jan 17th. If they win, I will tell everyone about injustice. I'll put on my Army uniform and stand in front of the courthouse with a sign if that is what I have to do. I will stand in front of my former church, (where I met them, and they work) with a sign. I will call everyone. I will appeal. I will fight forever. (cont)They requested that he be tested for Asperger's Syndrome. The "test" was a questionnaire that THEY filled out. The psychiatrist never observed him or tested my son directly. They finally got what they wanted. Now he is wrongly labeled. I know that he is just a normal kid, so does everyone else. But now the judge doesn't even want to ask him what he wants. They are the only witnesses against me... I have many witnesses, but the judge won't listen. Why? I think it is about money, not justice

(cont) The judge calls them "honest people." I have no record, never hurt anyone, never lied in court. The fact is that they have more money than I do, and they are prominent members of the community. They've told my son that I don't want him, that I'm irresponsible, a sociopath. As of February, the court ruled that I have supervised visits. They lie to the judge everytime. My son is now being medicated, they had him evaluated 3 times until they found a psychiatrist to do what they want. (cont)

I went to Iraq to fight for my country. I joined the Army because I thought it would give me opportunities to support my son. As a single mother, I had to have a family care plan in place to even join the Army. I trusted a childless couple from church who I had grown rather close to. I signed a "temporary guardianship" while I was off fighting for "freedom". When I came back, they refused to let me have my son back. I've been fighting them for nearly 6 years! (cont.)

@notabook - oh, one more category you might fit into: d) an adopter, who can't stand the thought that other people know that the child they stole was stolen by CPS from good loving parents, and that that child will grow up to despise them for stealing them from their REAL parents.

You do NOT have the right to abuse your children. Don't hit them, don't abuse them, and family court will not have to intervene. Anyone can have a kid. That doesn't make them parents. That doesn't make them a mother or a father. Every one of you child abusers should be forever stripped of your rights from your children. Disgusting human beings you are.

It is people like yourself who automatically assume that you have to do have done something so horrible to lose your children.
That is far from the truth it's called a violation of your Civil and Parental Rights, which by the way is exactly what this video is about. I guess until it happens to someone like yourself you may never get it. What are you going to do when they take your kids for no reason? Do you think you can just hire & attorney & it will be ok? I THINK NOT!

Considering I don't either I think it's fair to say the chances of this happening to you are pretty good. We do not advocate any form of child abuse. Our children are a precious gift from God. It is only Gods place to pass Judgement so be careful, YOU WILL reap what you sow.
