i've been researching both (intu-flow and prasara). Very interesting stuff. It looks like intu-flow could not only work for great active recovery but combines cardio too. Thanks for the vids

I'd say it could be put to good use as a conditioning supplement to heavy lifting. But if you want true active recovery you need to address it systematically through mobility (Intu-Flow) training and myofacial rebalancing (Prasara).
