  • korean food(salad) are plain. Cold salad food is not good at all when you are hungry. Hot food> Cold food.

  • koreans need to introduce non-spicy kimch (baek kim chi. dongchimi, chonggak kimchi, mul kimchi and so on) as well as spicy kimchi. This is because many people cannot digest spicy kimchi.

  • that is not chinese cabbage it is baechoo the korean cabbage. it is more crispy and fresh. Also it stays more crispy than chinese's or japanese's even after been salted.
