WARNING! Arbuckle Caves are not commercial caves and are very dangerous. Rattlesnakes, Poisonous Centipedes, and Poisonous spiders frequently inhabit Arbuckle Caves. Many caves contain dangerous breakdown and collapse features. Caves often contain bad air caused from a build up of CO2 a by product of CaCO3. Contact the Arbuckle Mountain Cave Grotto through http://www.caves.org before ever entering an Arbuckle Cave.   • The isopod was collected by Dr. G.O. Graening of Sac State. It was pickled in alcohol and taken to the lab for identification as part of a subterranean biodiversity project in coopperaton with the Oklahoma Biological Survey.
