Responsible parenthood must be instilled in teeners so as to make them think to do things at the right time. Childbearing is a great thing, only that it must be done when maturity in emotion, intellect, and all others have been reached.

Myth information in the net must be removed in the net. Parents must be able to communicate openly with the teener.

I encountered an 11 year old Hispanic teenager a couple of years ago visiting her 47 year old greatgrandmother. I asked through an interperter if they wanted Planned Parenthood information so the young girl could persue an education. The mother stated," we don't believe in education we believe in procreation." None of the young ladies, 11 year old, her Mom or Grandmoms were not educated (dropped out of school) none married all on welfare. The 11 year old girl was pregnant by the way.
