How do you replace iron in a vegan diet? Im allergic to ferris metals and so iron 'supplements' make me sick. Currently without meat I get dangerously anaemic. Maybe you could point me in the direction of an info site on replacing meat entirely? Irons a big issue in my diet, I have lupus and allergy to ferris metals. Very inconvenient.

umm....you can just eat fake meat it has iron in it, about the same as real meat...umm i'm not really the person to ask umm....you can ask (TheVeganHere) this person has been a vegan or 20 years :) and i have only been vegan or 5 months, so i'm kind of still leaning what to eat,

You do know that a lot of animals eat other animals right? So we have every right to, but for us it's a choice. We don't have to. But don't go telling everyone eating meat is wrong and saying that when animals eat other animals they "don't know better"
