I have a 95 just got it' what can i do to it to make it run better nd make it sound nice

It depends on how deep you want to go (into the engine and you pockets). This was my truck through college so I did not tear into the engine itself, but it had a number of bolt-on parts. What kind of shift kit do you have?

It just has a stage 1 shift kit and a B&M shift improver that has 3 different settings on a toggle switch.

what all else have u done to the truck?

It has edelbrock headers, K&N filter, a TB spacer (it's a 95 so a TBS does help) a shift kit and Hypertech Chip with a 165 T-stat.
