Great work Jeff. I used to tell someone in the similar crisis (although not due to fire) a four steps action - face it, accept it, resolve it and close it. Then move forward. The point is about moving forward. And it's great advice jeeff about being honest. Clients are honest people who loved to work with honest people. The more we're true to ourselves, the more they trust us. At the end of the day, it's about what can we do to help our customers solve a pain or increase some pleasure or gain.
