  • It's a nine millimeter, which is a pretty fast round, and the pistol itself is relatively lightweight, so you feel the recoil more than you would with, say, a M9 pistol. However, as you can see on the video, the recoil is quite manageable.

  • i honestly could not tell you, i think one of our club leaders was an IDPA member though.

  • the Palmetto Gun club, about 45 minutes south of Charleston off hwy 17

  • Am I seeing things, or does he have a FTF on his first double action trigger pull? Maybe the audio is a little off.

  • you are seeing it right, there is a failure to fire on the first trigger pull. It's my room mate's pistol, and occasionaly it misfires.

  • Just a few words to tell you that an interesting downloadable ebook on this model (technical and historic aspects) is available at HLebooks.com.

  • This vid was aparently popular 11 months ago

  • the recoil reminds me of a dolphin..lol

  • Hope you got some ear plugs son .. LOL

  • i shot a madium sized branch off a tree with the walther p-38.

    powerfull stuff

  • It looks like the double action trigger pull on that one is really tight. Old pistols like this do seem to get a bit tight on the trigger with age.

  • @fluffyninjas If it is in great condition, you could get up to $1000.00 for it. There are a lot of factors that go into the value. I have, however, seen ones in fair to good condition go for as little as $400.00. The price varies quite a bit. Even if you do not want to sell it, you may want to have it aprazed by an expert for at least insurence purposes.

  • In ww2 my grandfather killed a german officer and took his P-38, and we still have it, how much would it be worth?

  • : )

  • Megatron!!!
