  • I tried bs boardslides before this and I fell backwards off the rail several times. I think my problem is that I approach on my heel edge, does that seem like the cause? Any tips besides approaching flat based?

  • @prosnowboarder19 pop a lil off your heels.

  • that was a fs boardslide not a bs

  • @123451108 nope. backside because you pop with your back closest to the rail.

  • Yeah. pressure of the heels of your feet as you pop

  • @123451108 your sillllly, this is deff a backside boardslide

  • @123451108 naaa his back was to the rail b4 he got on

  • i snowboard better than i skateboard but snowboarding bs boardslides are way to easy

  • Is it easy to learn boardslides on a snowboard if you have them on lock on a skateboard?

  • @bigcockedpenguin no it is a bs . when your doing a spin what ever side u come around with first is the side u call it. but on rails its whatever side you approach a rail with. he approached it with his back so therefore bs boardslide.

  • @123451108 no it was a bs spins and rails and boxes are different.

  • @chevycobalt41 you're gonna wanna keep yourself level with the rail, pretty much parallel with your board flat on the rail. the reason why you ate it is because when you lean too much forward your going to take all that forward momentum and toss yourself face first into the snow. so don't over commit to leaning forward or backwards, just stay centered with the rail while looking down the rail and you should be getting it down in no time.

  • @bigcockedpenguin nope it's bs because your back is facing the rail. it doesn't matter if your front is facing downhill unless you're doing a rotation, not something on a rail or box, etc. hope that helps.

  • @bigcockedpenguin It's actually not. It's called backside because you approach the rail with your back facing it. It confused me so bad for a while.
