Calleigh Duquesne - Because of You

When I heard this song today, it made me think of Calleigh's stormy relationship with her alcoholic father. Kind of a "dark" vid, but a beautiful song, I think. Hope y'all enjoy!!! :D

Hey colyssa95... thanks for the FB!!! :D The part in the vid that your talking about is from "Under the Influence" when Calleigh's dad was driving drunk and now can't remember if he has hit and possibly killed someone with his vehicle or not. Then Calleigh finds blood on the wheel well of his car and confirms that someone was struck with his car, which puts her in a really bad position because she's torn between wanting to protect her father and doing her sworn duty as a police officer. :)

Well, sorta... she told her Dad to take a drink of his alcohol while she was witnessing it... knowing that she could then truthfully tell Horatio that he was "under the influence" and that any statements he made at that point would not count... so she didn't really lie to Horatio when she told him that her Dad had been drinking, but she didn't tell Horatio the whole truth because her Dad drank because Calleigh told him to... Interesting topic though, colyssa95... thanks for bringing it up!!! :D
