I made some Chicken and Pork Satay for the get together at our house this evening. This is just a brief overview of how to make it. For exact recipes, you can google the portions. I just did everything by estimation..a dash of this and a dash of that.

Ummm....? she's really pretty and this came out great. I had to tweek///fig out the amount of coconut milk to use,I used can for the marinade and half a can for the dipping sauce. Thanks for sharing.

Hey guys, I sprayed PAM cooking spray. You can use any spray oil. It just helps it not stick. The grill I used is from any store, it's a cuisinart panini maker.
