  • very interesting but I'm sorry I will not cut out dairy from my diet since its important. women tends to lose calcium from there body as they age so they need the calcium from milk and I believe eggs are a good source of protein. So If you would to cut out a food group I could cut out meat cause you can get protein from other sources like beans so I'm sorry but I disagree when you said cut out diary cause I don't believe you should do that. its too important to be cut out of your diet.

  • Dairy that comes from a cow is designed for a calf that is 400 pounds by it's second birthday. Dairy from cows overwhelms the body and actually has a reverse effect. There is also whats called "good" calcuim and "bad" calcuim. Sesemie seeds RAW have more calcium in them then dairy...

    I reccomend looking up david wolfe on youtube talking about dairy...

  • I have been blessed to be allergic to preservatives. I have never cooked out of a box nor has my children been fed junk.We are not giong to tolerate bullcrap food.
