  • The parmesan, parmigiana in italian, is made with aubergines. If you want to use meat is not the real parmesan but is good. Attention! the chicken, but also the pig, is not good with parmigiano cheese (every bird with cheese is not really good...), is better to use veal or cow. To make easier my answer you practically have to do the parmesan with ragù sauce, is similar to a greek dish called mousaka. Parmigiano is a particular cheese, 50Kg of parmigiano are made with 300l of milk!!! Is strong!

  • Did you coat the pan with any spray or butter?

  • I prefer Mozzarella Cheese.
