For women, it's called make-up. For men, it's called war paint.

Let's make this easy.

1) High spot , make it dark

2) Low spot, make it light

3) All skin areas covered including well under the clothes. When you move, your clothes move. Cam up your skin too.

4) This video has the right idea but he went too far and he ended up with a black face....

the tubes come off really really fast. I used the compact and the stick and we were out in the brush for hours n mine was still fantrastiuc., others were completle gone

@phunkyphantom619 The PWRR has Sniper's. The Royal Marines aren't the only one's. Snipers are attached and trained in most infantry battalions, not necessarily one or two. There is no "elite" snipers. They are all trained the same and are all equally effective in combat...As long as the Batt CO's know what to do with them.

@Vamp2425 @3:14 all you can see is a black shape.. not good camo.. its not there to black you out its there to break up your pattern the human eye responds better to things out the norm.. ie black shapes in green area's and the British army have specialist training but the elite snipers are the royal marines

@phunkyphantom619 .....Also, the shine, which is almost non-existent anyways, wouldn't show up with the floppy on and the full veg equipped on the head with the rest of the ghillie.

What I meant by Scout is the Marine Corps Scout/Sniper. Extra weeks of training in the Corps for a greater emphasis on field-craft, camouflage and marksmanship. The ARMY doesn't do the extra training, so ARMY snipers aren't equipped with the Scout designation. Only the Corps 0317's have it.

@Vamp2425 no the whole point of cam cream is to break up the face's shape, lightning dark parts (eyes) and darkening the lighter parts (cheeks) the whole point of having skin showing is because it breaks the pattern more,, and thats funny by scout i take it you mean american sniper, well thats a tough break maybe his instructor needs a lesson in camo, also if its to thick it shines this guy has a shiny face.. far to much camo.

@phunkyphantom619 Why would you want skin showing if the whole point is to cover the skin???????? DUH. I have seen an in-training scout/sniper fail because he missed part of his hand with camo paint and the instructor saw it. If it is flesh, paint it, blend it, and survive.
