  • One of the fundamental strategies of war is to deny your enemy his ammunition, bombs et al. Why do the Allies fail to seal the border with Pakistan? There is a glut of cluster-bombs and mines in the world. What better place to dispose of them than the Afghan/Pakistan border? Sure it is very long but so will the war be as it continues over decades, unless of course we retreat, defeated.

  • @sumlatinkid To be fair, you weren't. Instead of providing reasons why you felt the general was incorrect, you insinuated that his reasoning was to increase his wealth and that of his shareholders. No proof or evidence, just innuendo. To be fair, that is McCarthyism.

  • @yamiyugikun well to be fair i didn't watch this video..but if you do some research into him a bit more you will find he sits in the board of directors of General Dynamics..the worlds 5th largest military contractor...in fiscal year 2009 their 4th 'quarter' earnings equaled 7.9 billion...he has a company keane advisors LLC..in which he consults military contractors...and he in his website he claims that he has various ties to government agenies and financial institutions...just a though...

  • Gen. Keane seems very knowledable and wise in his implimentation of the surge. As time passes, I believe more people will come to appreciate his dedication and wisdom. Thank you very much for sharing this.
